Breaking SILENCE

by CARRIE LEVER

(Written in the Fall 2003.) History is a fascinating tool that can help the astrologer understand the future they seek to interpret. I would like to bring the reader along on a short journey to discover the future through our past. In my research to uncover the information that lies hidden in the charts for 2005, a very similar astrological pattern emerged from the past. It was the time of the French and Indian War, between 1754–57.1

This was a time of war that seemed to domino. The themes around that war were power and political leverage through acquiring land. America was the “New World.” These were critical battles that led to the American Revolution and our independence from Great Britain. Without the French and Indian War, the American Revolution would not have happened as it did.

Fred Anderson, asked the following question in his book, Crucible of War: The Seven Years’ War and the Fate of Empire in British North America, 1754–1766.

“without the Seven Years’War, American independence would surely have been long delayed, and achieved (if at all) without a war of national liberation. Given such an interruption in the chain of causation, it would be difficult to imagine the French Revolution occurring as it did—or, for that matter, the Wars of Napoleon, Latin America’s first independence movements, the transcontinental juggernaut that Americans call "westward expansion, and the hegemony of English-derived institutions and the English language north of the Rio Grand. Why, then, have Americans seen the Seven Years’War as little more than a footnote?”

What a coincidence that, today, America is attempting to colonize —excuse me—“democratize” Afghanistan and Iraq. Other countries, so called “allies,” like France and Germany, look on with ulterior motives. It appears we are building toward something much greater, and 2005 is merely a stepping stone.

Here’s Another Historical Perspective

While researching years that held similar astrological data to 2005, another interesting pattern emerged—this one relating to the Ottoman Empire. Quite a few of the dates holding astrological significance to 2005 indicated changes of power within the Empire. How could all those transfers of power relate to 2005? Originating in Turkey around 1098, this Muslim empire was at one time the most powerful state in both wealth and military ability. One of the main functions of the government was to protect Muslims around the world. The sultan watched over local officials using an elaborate system of spies who communicated back to the central government. The intelligence-gathering system of the empire was the best in the world until the twentieth century.

All members of the sultan’s family had equal rights to the throne. The change from one sultan to the next was given to whoever was most “fit.” Around the time a transfer of power occurred, it was likely that corruption and greed for power also existed. Assassinations within the royal family were commonplace.

What group or groups would be the twenty-first century version of the Ottoman Empire? The Saudis? Iran? Syria? (CNN-Feb 14, 2005-Lebanon's Harari Assassination) And, how does 2005 coincide with corruption and changes of power? Will America, as a world power, replay this theme of corruption and greed for power as we head for a new presidential term? (4.4.05. Bush pushes Syria to have troops out of Lebanon after power struggles with Syria over Iraq War.) It is my guess that protecting Muslims, elaborate intelligence systems, the rights of the people, and greed for land and power are themes being played out around the world in 2005.

(Reuters- August 9, 2005- Iran breaks U.N. seals on atomic plant.)

Leading into 2005

Tuck the above thoughts away for awhile, and let me tell you more. A few situations yet to develop in 2004 will color events in 2005. Taxation, interest rates, and the growing foreign debt are likely to be issues in full swing during the campaign season. When these situations fully develop into real stories, the attitude for 2005 will be in full swing, but until then I write from my understanding in the fall of 2003.

President Bush

I do not see George W. Bush in the White House for the 2004 term. (4.4.05. Error in thinking that how the most difficult years ahead could equate to a re-election) There is quite a rift between parties and the American people for this next election. There appears to be a lot of hidden resentments after the election. A gridlock exists. In order to understand better the discord, watch around the time of the Full Moon on December 26, 2004. Another recall? On a side note, the vote looks fixed on some level. There is a lot of push from behind-the-scenes to control the elections. There is an enormous push to update from the imfamous chad ballots. There is on-line voting. The on-line voting programs were created by a private firm. (4.4.05. Diebold, owner of Ohio private voting machines, told Bush he would hand him the White House.) There are some very powerful forces involved, perhaps even allies. There will be some problems.

Who’ll Take His Place?

The next president will not have an easy job as he will be stepping into a vulnerable position. (Obviously, this refers to Bush.) This president is wet-behind-the-ears or deals with some perception that he’s a weak leader. (Washingtonpost.com- 6.10.2005-Pew Research chief explains potential fallout of President Bush's low approval ratings. Bush admits he didn't think the Iraq war would be this difficult.)There may be a visible wound. His task is no laughing matter. It would seem that this is a time when we need a powerful leader, and the presidency slot for 2005 is not showing those signs—at least not until the summer.

The charts I looked at indicate he is very tied up with opposition parties, legal, and foreign issues, and this somehow taints his reputation. (May, 2005-Fillibuster by Democrats on Capitol Hill. ) Spring shows a president who has a silent, secretive side with hidden agendas. (CNN-January 15, 2005- Reporter reveals Bush has war plans for Iran.) (11.29.05. During elections Bush hyped that he wanted to pull troops out of Iraq, yet now he fights to stay the course in Iraq?) By fall, a growing war zone pulls him and others to lead with force. Diplomacy and rhetoric become more and more ineffective. The first days of winter put Americans in yet another war zone, but there seems to be no other choice. There will be times in 2005 when you really can’t believe everything this next president says (a moot point with most politicians!). On the flip side, he might have a sensitive touch that helps Americans through a year of vulnerability. (4.4.05. Bush and his Faith Based Projects.)

OVERVIEW FOR 2005

As we look back on 2005, Americans will remember the themes of a new president (Bush) whose agendas were not clearly articulated during the elections. The stock market is ready to go against a difficult economy. There will undoubtedly be more break-throughs on the infamous Star Wars program, and new forms of spying will develop. ( U.S. News & World Report, April 25, 2005. Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. Very quietly, the Pentagon is building a new espionage network to target terrorists and, in the process, creating friction with the CIA.) We are likely to hear more on taxation, a weakening dollar, and a vulnerable Social Security system.

I see a justice system that works (U.S. News & World Report- April 4, 2005- The Shciavo case is just the latest front in a much nastier war. Jeb and "W" Bush intervene in an executive attempt to override the judicial process. The checks and balances of power keep judicial system in tact.) (7.3.05- Phila. Inquirer-Justice Sandra Day O'Connor Retires. Speculation that this will brew a war on Capitol Hill.) (October 24, 2005. US News & World Report. Facing the Music- Harriet Miers as Supreme Court Nominee?! As my Palestinian friend joked, "Yeah, anyone can hire their mother.") An American structure of the homeland could take significant loss this year. Homeland security and defense continues to face limitations (CNN- March, 2005- The Vulnerabilities exist in U.S. National Security) (November 30, 2005. Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Wilma, Alpha, Beta, Gamma etc. - FEMA disaster relief continues.) We are likely to tighten our borders and this incenses our neighbors. There will be stories of on-going wars that are known and hidden from Americans. Finally, I see a more sensitive, stubborn, and overwhelmed America. There are going to be hidden international wars (Venezuela, Africa, China and the Pacific Rim). By 2005, Hugo Chavez will be out of power. (4.4.05-Error, Bush Administration attempted to assassinate, but failed.) ( October, 2005- Bush travels to South America, riots break out. Chavez announces that he has proof that Bush tried to assassinate him.) There is continued chaos for Venezuela, and Colombia is involved. Costa Rica and Panama are also very unstable. Expect border wars with Mexico and Canada. (U.S. News & World Report- April 4, 2005- Presidents Bush, Fox and Martin huddled to iron out snags in The America's relationship.) (November 28, 2005. Special Report: Border Wars. The border with Mexico leaks like a sieve. Why the Fed can't fix it.)(November 29, 2005. CNN- Lou Dobbs- continues to pound away at the injustices for the US workers over illegal immigration.) There will likely be more travel restrictions. North Korean leaders face restrictions at the end of the year. (CNN- February 9, 2005-Kim Jong Il announces that North Korea is building nukes.) (Reuters- 6.10.2005- Bush, Roh press North Korea to return to talks.) (November 9,2005- The Washington Post, North Korea Rushes to Finish Reactor.) (November 9, 20005- US May Suspend North Korea Food Aid.) (Bush visits South Korea over growing revelations on North Korea nukes. More protests.) (November 10, 2004- US to North Korea: Stop Reactor Now.)

The division between the “haves” and “have nots” is a growing concern in the world and leaders may not want to deal with the oppressed and minority groups staring them in the face. There will be eye-sores for leaders around the world. The terrorists are growing as poverty grows across the world. (December 26, 2004 Tsunami killing approximately 300,000 and leaving millions homeless. Rebel groups in the region act out.) (Al Jazeera. June 1, 2005, Indonesia, Aceh rebels agree to talks.) (July 2, 2005- LIVE 8.) (Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma leave millions homeless.) (November 27, 2005. Philadelphia Inquirer. The Income Gap Grows- The spread between the rich and the rest has been growing for decades. Current policies will only make it worse.)

This is going to cause all kinds of wars on Capitol Hill as the U.S. loses its financial leverage in the world. (CNN.3.27.05. Filibuster brews on Capitol Hill over Social Security Reform.) Institutions such as hospitals, universities, rehabilitation centers, and the mental health of the nation will be important. Prisons and prisoners are highlighted this year, as are POWs and MIAs

Terrorism

  • There are higher than average terror time-frames for American interests at home and abroad. (KYW- Philadelphia Radio- July 7, 2005- London Bombings. Terror Alert Elevated for Mass Transit in US.)
  • January 20–29, with a peak January 28-29, 2005. It’s also the time the president is inaugurated. This could also explain transmitters found in the White House, cell phones being jammed by the Secret Service, and just the nervous transition of power. (CNN- February 28, 2005- Boston Terror Alert of Chinese Nationals Sends Panic.) (CNN- February 29, 2005- Increase in terror in Iraq closing in on Iraq's Elections.)
  • May 7-8. (Aljazeera. May 4, 2005- Top al-Qaida suspect arrested in Pakistan.)
(A.P. -May 5, 2005- Grenades Damage British Consulate in N.Y. ) (Aljazeera. May 5, 2005- Pentagon Analyst Arrested for Spying.) (A.P.- May 11, 2005-Bush travels to Russia and Georgia- pushing for democracy. Grenade Found Near Site Where Bush Spoke.) (A.P. May 11, 2005- N. Korea Removes Nuclear Rods From Reactor.) (A.P.- May 11, 2005- Errant Flight Prompts Capital Evacuation.)
( 5.12.05- Note on astrological research on terror time frames. Of course, the time period between May 4 and May 11 are within the bell shaped curve for an increase level of terror threats. This particular astrological calculation/formula was developed after 911 based on observation. At this time, I am leaning toward a definition of fear factor and confusion driving terror threats- not the real McCoy. The piece that still bothers me are the children abductions- another terror in our culture. I will continue to monitor this particular combination for further interpretation. Nevertheless, the rest of the terror time frames listed below are likely to be more significant.)
  • June 13–27, with peak on the 13–15 and again on the 20–24 for transportation and communication conflict. It is a major terror time-frame.
  • August 17–31, expect travel restrictions and adjustments. (CNN, August 29-31, 2005- Hurricane Katrina Terrorizes Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Gas prices due to sky rocket. Total evacuation of New Orleans is ordered. Bush cuts his vacation short to adjust to Katrina and says it will be years to rebuild the city.) (CN8- August 31, 2005- Bush says, "Iraq must not fall into the hands of terrorists," as we continue to lose the war on terrorism.) (Associated Press, August 31, 2005- Superdome Evacuation Halted Amid Gunfire- a growing problem for rescue workers.)
  • October 15–21, with the a peak on the 18th. (Storms Rita,Wilma, Alpha and Beta continue to terrorize Southeast. Mudslides on the west coast.)
  • November 14, with transportation and communication surprises that are handled.
  • December 30–January 3. Star Wars!

(CNN- 4.26.05.-There has been an increase in child abductions.
Reporters wonder why. The year is full hidden terror.)

(A.P. May 10, 2005- Father Arrested in Slaying of Two Girls .)

(CNN- May 30, 2005-Aruba- 19 yr old Natalie Halloway disappears.)

(CNN- July 19, 2005- BTK serial killer trials continue.)

Stocks

Overall, there are some very bullish aspects against more losses for big businesses throughout the year. Let me put it this way— 2005 is nothing like the later half of the 1990s.We are not likely to see that for awhile. This is what makes the year rather bittersweet because the potential for stocks to soar conflicts with big businesses issues, rising prices, inflation, interest rates, terror threats, and the economy.

(U.S. News & World Report. April 4, 2005. Greenspan the Party Pooper. When the Fed Chief not only raised interest rates but also warned of inflation, stocks took a dive.)

Sectors likely to outperform the market through September and October are the arts. This would include entertainment, fashion, music, beauticians, design, bridal, and sports fashion. Also, fields that are likely to do well are law and order, mediators, mentors or counselors. If you know of a stock that takes care of these people, it is worth looking into as an investment through October 2005.

Unless you are qualified to invest or trade in a stock that is due to go down, the areas to avoid investing/trading in through September would be security, housing, building, farming, owning land, farmland, fishing. These are areas that will likely be overly inflated. After Saturn gets done with this sector in September, it heads for the entertainment and leisure industries. Stocks begin to take the brunt end of the economy closer to December. The most active trading days in 2005 are:

January 4, 13, 19
February 2
March 1, 10, 29
April 8
(CNBC. Stock Market drops through 4.25.05.)
May 17
June 1, 20, 28
July 1, 6, 14
August 12, 24, 30
September 8, 16, 21
October 3, 4, 12, 13, 14, 18
November 8, 29
December 5, 7, 12, 22, 23

Faith

America is likely to be pushed to feel more deeply emotional as we face unknowns. If we are not in this state then we are totally in the dark and stand defenseless. There are religious overtones for the year. (4.4.05. Terry Schiavo Case.) The faith of the people is strong. The confidence and pride of the people is stronger than the leadership we deal with. (Live 8 Concert) (Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Wilma and Alpha all brought out more emotions.)

The Arts

It takes emotion and compassion to pull the art out of the artist— that is what we have for 2005. Artistic expression is in. The moods run long and deep. New forms of music are born from such feelings. Where are the Mozarts and the Haydns? Fashion statements may face a more conservative American opinion. As we enter spring, the fashion industries have yet to reveal their secret plans. We may get sneak preview around the Full Moon April 25. New plans look more conservative over the summer. This reflects the attitude of the public. I believe “secretly seductive” fits fall fashion, and by winter we will be looking at a bold leadership role for women with all the trimmings of professional.Woman are likely to have a new icon to look up to. So, artists—step up to the canvas!

(July 2, 2005- In an age of red tape and politics, musician Bob Geldof pulls off second half of LIVE AID, LIVE 8 just before the 8 richest nations come together for annual G8 Summit. His goal combined with millions of other voices? To bring attention to the poorest nations.)

This Astrologer awards Bob Geldolf the Modern Day Musician Brilliance Award that interestingly enough combines a majority of the the astrological themes for 2005 in one shot! Congratulations and Thank You, Bob!)

Winter 2004: Could the Gridlock Be Any Worse?

January 2005 is full of gridlock. Judicial, executive and legislative branches come together for a peaceful exchange of powers—on the outside. But, the changes in power in January mark deep resentments and hidden activities from some very loyal party members. Allies, congress, and the elections are focal points this winter. The good news is that the justice system works and can make a positive impact on the economy this year, it will begin to show during the winter months. Interest rates are up and signs of a healthier economy are more apparent than in recent years. There are still big business losses that come under more court decisions, and expect more conflict between big business and the people, between the party in power and the party out of power, between the U.S and open enemies, and between Americans themselves. February is a very politically active time. This is a time that we will be identifying with this new party and its elected officials. We can expect scrutiny around an American leader between February 5–18. Americans face upsets over new financial moves for the country and our values the last week of February. My guess is that the incoming administration has been working on plans behind-the- scenes and they are now ready to step in front of the American people to be recognized. This incoming party has its share of hidden agendas that were not mentioned on the campaign trail! There are new plans and new vision on foreign relations and war issues. Disputes over finances and the economy behind closed doors. There are some hidden acts sliding into place as power changes. This February, you just can’t believe everything the president says, nor what allies say for that matter.

There are more taxes for the American people—maybe in the form of taxation for travel and communication. Losses for big businesses continue to occur. Crops and farmlands have a hard year ahead. The wind-generated energy program is a tough issue, as no one wants it in their hometown. There will be new legislation for big businesses. Our image is tainted. Call it gridlock or deadlock, it’s all the same. Congress and the Senate duke it out over which party will control around the Full Moon on February 23. The ideas are out there for economic recovery.

AREAS TO WATCH

Winter 2004: Wars and Stand-offs

Keep an eye on Venezuela, Colombia, and Peru, particularly for conflict, gridlock, and stand offs; Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Thailand, Burma, Malaysia, Indonesia. Geneva, Paris, and from Tripoli, Libya to Cape Town, South Africa, China, Indonesia, and Malaysia are all likely to provide a good part of any international clashes.

(CNN- December 26, 2004- Tsunami killing approximately 300,000. The earthquakes continue in 2005.)

Spring 2005: A Vulnerable Leadership

America enters into a time frame where we need to look behind-the- scenes once again. The U.S. continue to face foreign attacks. Beginning in the spring, even our leaders should be held in check—not only the president, but any U.S. leader. Relations with London are now questionable. Liberian relations appear to be two-sided. The New Moon eclipse on April 8, 2005, falls over Panama, Colombia, and then Venezuela. The U.S. tightens its borders with Mexico and Canada.

There is a new movement in the world developing around scouting, spying, and terrorizing, and more talk of war.Watch for American military builds up in the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. There are Pacific military operations key in defense for the U.S. Afghanistan and Pakistan are likely in the limelight with surprises in May. It looks like we will suffer more military losses. The African continent is at unrest.

(U.S.News and World Report, April 4, 2005. Birds and Men- " Nature is the worst terrorist you can imagine.)

(Al Jazeera. 4.13.05. Karzai wants long-term US support.)

(Al Jazeera. 4.14.05. US assures Pakistan on defense.)

(Al Jazeera. 4.17.05. Indonesia watches 11 volcanoes after tsunami.)

(Al Jazeera. 4.17.05. Tanker bombed a US Afghan base.)

(Al Jazeera. 4.18.05. Musharaff: Kashmir still a flashpoint.)

Congress sets in motion ways to offset losses. There are illusive moves being made around issues of inflation, taxation, more troops and armed forces. Expect financial wars May 10–11 to continue throughout the summer.

U.S. security may be compromised between June 7–27. The travel or communications industry are due for a catastrophe. It’s a tricky time for hidden relationships, money, and security.Whatever happens, it will bring out a more vulnerable and emotional public. Homeland security and secret services may be dealing with internal conflicts. This is a politically motivated time.

Summer 2005: Homeland

Security Tightens

(Fall, 2003.) There is a stubborn, sustained effort to make American interests safe. There will be more loss of life , and our relations with neighboring countries will deteriorate this quarter. Overextending our armed forces is a real possibility now. The last time Saturn was in this position for the U.S. was December of 1975. At that time, a suitcase bomb exploded at La Guardia International Airport killing eleven people, injuring seventy-five.

(CNN- July, 2005. Two London bombings in July 2005 prompts increased security in U.S.)

(CNN- July 21,2005- Everyday there are more bombings in Iraq. So many it seems redundant to record another day. American military have raised enlistment age to 42.)

There seems to be a rather active lame duck session, and a divide between the need for financial security and more war acts. Diplomatic ties reach a climax. Perhaps they’ll be secretly trying to pass legislation that goes unnoticed. Whatever the reason, it appears to be without the concerns of society in mind. The money goes. The American people would be wise to watch what Congress is passing September 17–19. Any kind of vote looks shrouded with hidden agendas. We may see a military victory at the New Moon September 3.

(CNN- August 5,2005- Pigging Out. GOP's give a nod to a 286.5 billion dollar tax break a day before recess.)

(CNN- August 9, 2005- Bush signs energy bill that gives millions to that industry as incentive.)

The Full Moon on June 22 has leaders concerned over losses, foreign financial negotiations and an on-going war. Tensions are high, to say the least. Anger divides the nation. Travel warnings are likely to be in place, and open opposition use hidden tactics. Neighboring relations with Canada and/or Mexico heat up, which puts a tight hold on our borders. Terrorists are weaving themselves into the fabric of American lives. Relations with Venezuela, Iraq, China, Indonesia, and Western Africa heat up.

(CNN- July, 2005. Chinese currency finally appreciates - creating fairer trade between other countries like the U.S.)

(NPR- July, 2005. Condoleeza Rice visits Sudan, a skirmish between American journalist and Sudan secret service militia. Rice demands apology and gets it.)

(CNN- August 5, 2005. Second man in Al qaeda, Al Zawahiri, broadcasts around the world that there will be increased attacks and takes responsibility for London bombings.)

(CNN-August 8, 2005. Lou Dobbs reports on Border Wars. Protesters make it difficult for minute men at the borders of Mexico.)

(CNN- August 8, 2005. Credible terror threats in U.S. Terror level elevated to Orange for transportation. American Embassy in Saudia Arabia is closed.)

(CNN-8.15.05. Broken Borders- MS 13 Gang of approx. 10,000 members worldwide denounce political borders.)

Leaders remain targets and continue to face criticism and vulnerabilities. There is gridlock on Capitol Hill. The administration obsesses with international relations and further threats of war. Africa is now a hot spot (Liberia, Benin, the Ivory Coast). There is focus on Afghanistan. Some of bin Laden's best work can happen. There is word, again, on Saddam and/or old Iraq in August. Some aspects such as money and relationships of the old Iraqi dictator linger in Syria. By the New Moon on August 4, Americans are incensed. They may discover that American leadership is compromised or vulnerable.

(CNN. July, 2005- Saddam goes to trial.)

(NPR- July 2005, Bush's rating are at an all time low.)

"We've got to solve problems. There will be ample time for people to figure out what went right, and what went wrong.")

This is an all-around difficult season for American homeland security, farmers, and businesses. Prisons are likely to be in a clamor. There exists hidden terror activity from all sides. There are major border issues. The president and his administration are forced to deal with foreign, legal and moral situations. The security of the homeland is a threat, not only of potential terror, but weather patterns, too. More and more hardships for land owners.

(CNN- July 20,2005- 5 hurricanes since the season began. Unusual.)

Fall 2005: America Prepares For War

(Written Fall 2003.) As leaders attempt to establish new rules and to stand proud, there are some blatantly obvious problems having to do with unrealistic expectations. Leaders lack a clear sense of financial reality. A set of eclipses in October tick off foreign relation tensions around borders and boundaries. Pacific Rim and the African continent are hot zones. Expect legal and foreign clashes at the New Moon October 3, 2005. The energy is more passive-aggressive this month, as if we were pulling out financially and militarily from some negotiation. There is a stubborn stand, and no one is budging on the budget. The money is held back. It keeps slipping through the nation’s fingers. U.S. vulnerability shows, and diplomacy is getting old.

(November 4, 2005. Bush Borrowed More Than All Previous Presidents Combined, Group Says. CNSNews.com Senior Editor Melanie Hunter,November 04, 2005)

(November 28, 2005. UsNews.com. Border Wars. More illegal immigrants. More violence. More death. The public has had it. Now the Bush administration has a new plan. But will it matter? Angie C. Marek)

(October 6, 2005. BBC News, Australia relives Bali nightmare. Almost exactly three years after the first Bali bombings, Australia has again been confronted by mass murder on the Indonesian holiday island.
By Phil Mercer)

Historical moments begin to develop in November, and the county changes directions near the end of the month. Another war begins to stir. (Will it be Venezuela, Iran, Syria, North Korea?) (12.21.05-All the above and Mexican president, Vicente Fox, fights to keep wall down that would divide US and Mexico. Bolivia elects a Castro and Chavez sympathizer and tells reporters that he is Bush's worst nightmare.) The Pacific is very active. Expect more sanctions for North Korea.Military personnel and supplies now wear thin or disappear. Insubordination is likely to become a rising problem. Supplies may disappear. It’s an emotionally difficult time for Americans in November —particularly around November 7-8. America needs a mental health check. There is unrest for the people around the world after November 15th. Americans can expect a couple of surprises after the November 17th and for homeland security to be up after November 22nd.

(CNN- Lou Dobbs- November 17, 2005. Bush and South Korean president stand together on North Korean Nukes. North Korea Uncovered- 3 assassinations of underground individuals caught on network video smuggled out of country. Congressman and former marine, John Murtha, blasts the White House and says immediate withdrawl of troops is necessary because our troops are the target. Bush's ratings continue to be an all time low.)

The president and other leaders are very involved in foreign relations—particularly in their dealing with an open enemy. Americans will be hearing more on bin Laden this month. North Korea begins to step into the world limelight. Kim Jong Il begins to face restrictions and more difficulty as a leader. The people have been suffering. This dominos to Japan and Australia. There have been some turn in events, internationally. Leadership pushes this quarter with an intensity like no other. Expect discord and arguments from the American people because it effects the security of the nation.

A war zone develops in December both internally and over foreign matters. By the 15th, this president pulls into high gear to lead the nation—relentless in his pursuit. History brews.

In Conclusion

Democrats jockey for their leader in the 2004 elections. In 2005, it will be questionable whether or not America is winning in the war on terrorism. We will win battles, but will we win the war? The real test is if the terror stops and we have our freedom back. I do not see this for 2005. I believe that leaders are faced with difficulty seeing past the war
(CNN- 4.26.05 Bush stays on track with his agenda despite opposition and falling poll numbers. Renewed concerns from the press on Iraq War after commercial helicopter gunned down by terrorists in Iraq.) This will cause more anxiety and more war, whether it is war on the Hill, or on land. Secrets grow in the nation this year. Expect homeland security to face difficult situations in transportation and communication industries that ignite neighboring relations.

Our foreign debt continues to weaken the nation. Our tightened borders create more hidden enemies. This is a year where leaders are overwhelmed trying to get this nation back on track. It is a vulnerable year for America. It is a year where Americans are more apt to be asleep, than fully awake and aware. We have hidden enemies who attack our strengths and punctuate our weaknesses. There is terror on all sides and spying is incredibly prevalent. We can expect as a nation to hear stories around more prisons, hospitals, and secrets.

The beauty and strength lies in our ability to help one another in difficult times. The creative energy is high—for we live in sensitive times. We work in the dark. Technology soars. A developed Star Wars program hits a new level.

About the Author

Carrie Lever is a career astrologer with 25 years experience. She is certified through N.C.G.R., and holds a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. She began political astrology as a way of advertising to her clientele. After researching the bombing of the USS Cole in 2000, she became convinced that bin Laden would attack stateside. In December of 2000, she contacted The Panel for Domestic Terrorism. After sending a letter, emails, and phone messages, it became clear that astrology had no voice. She did not give up. In July, she wrote a research article on the World Trade Center Bombing of 1993 because the pattern was the same for 2001. She sent it to TRC@terrorism.org—making it clear that bin Laden was busy again. It was a hidden back door article - not available to the public, and was viewed 11 times. Nobody ever contacted her. On her website, www.anastrologersperspective. com, she gave September 8 and the 18 as terror time-frames. [Pre 911 Warnings] All is documented online with the help of her webmaster, Linn Ciesla.

Breaking SILENCE
(The original title that was "2005: A More Sensitive and Overwhelmed America." which included terrorism and severe weather patterns for 2005. Llewellyn Publishing changed the title and left out that this year was similar to 911. In the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma it all makes sense.)

(US News & World Report, September 26, 2005. How The Pentagon Caught Katrina. Did Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld have a premonition about hurricane season? ... two weeks before Katrina hit... he signed a "severe weather execution order"...)

(CNN. September 29, 2005. Lou Dobbs interview Scott Stevens, a weather expert, who says that the Russians have been working on controlling the weather since 1963 through cloud stimulation. He basically said, "if you do the geometry, it was zero possibility of natural phenomenon." Government intelligence would not comment. See www.weatherwars.info.
