(March 22, 2002) This information is based on the birth date of March 10, 1957 for Saudi Arabia. The Sun on the Ascendant chart is combined with 2:15am rectified birth time. A new move is highlighted for bin Laden and Al Qaeda mid-April 2002. [4.15.02 -- Al-Jazeera airs new Bin Laden video] This is likely to manifest in another change of residence, a new home-base for Al Qaeda, and more money thoughts and transactions. Osama is likely to rely on a male relative at this time, e.g., a cousin, a brother, or a son. 4.10.02 -- Bin Laden Safe, Planning New Attacks, "preparing to work with his brothers."] This new home offers him the security and ability to act on financial plans -- an apparent important consideration for him. His energy comes back. His pattern of sticking to his plans, overdoing it, and over-asserting will peak between March 31 and April 12. Financial transactions are taking place for bin Laden. It would seem he has many financial backers. This chart indicates that Osama has always had ‘royal’ backers. As I look at secondary and tertiary progressions, it would seem that as much money that is being funneled into combat terrorism is as much money that is being fueled for terrorism!

Since March 1, 2002, Osama and the Al Qaeda have benefited from benevolent partners. This Summer there is a renewed drive for Osama to perform some of his greatest work, again. Here are three time frames that Osama’s health, his military, and his mother are likely to go through rough times according to the above birth time. August 2002 with key dates of August 18-24; December 2002 with key dates of December 8-31; and April into first week of May 2003. These are time frames that indicate losses to his military, emotional hardships for his family, and difficult changes in Osama’s health. Currently, his finances continue to rise and fall. Money comes and goes for Al Qaeda and Osama right now. Peak dates for Al Qaeda activity are May 12-25, 2002. Then again, Mid-June 2002. Osama, Al Qaeda and/or his family gain media attention the first 10 days in July.

He still has the potential to put into action some of his greatest work, at the same time he is under considerable restraint and dangerous aspects. U.S. interest intensifies with Saddam Hussein later this Spring 2002. Saddam is the focus of U.S. attention. Saddam is working very hard now in Iraq. No mistakes can be tolerated. He is preparing. The Full Moon April 26, a day shy of Saddam’s birthday, indicates that there will be a full-blown year in Iraq.
