When Can WE Spell "ECONOMIC RELIEF?!"

(November 16, 2001) I began this article in the Spring of 2001, and never really finished it. I recently stumbled across it once again. I think it is valuable, especially with the state of our economy since the 9.11. attacks. Here is some pro bono work for astrology. It is obviously a bird's eye view, but it offers something important to the American psychology which is -- hope toward a better tomorrow. There will be another bull run. Maybe not like the last, but a run. So, be ready! :)

5.27.01. As I sat on a cold bench this past Winter 2001 watching my daughter’s first field hockey practice, I decided to amuse myself with the idea of looking ahead astrologically for a time frame that would clearly spell out "ECONOMIC RELIEF." It certainly helped the two hour practice go a little easier for me, and I hope the results of my study can ease some worried minds.

I am an optimist at heart. My goal was simple. I set my sights on looking for the next bull run. Some of the thoughts that were racing through my mind were, when would we go through another bull run like the last? Would there be another bull run soon? How long would the economy be in a slump?

As I leafed through my trusty emphemeris (calendar of planetary placement), I mumbled to myself, "March, April-no good. May, "mild rally then a sell off." August-November -- OUCH! December 2001, better, BUT WHERE'S THE RUN?!"

Well, on and on I went in this fashion until a slow smile of relief began to inch its way across my face. AHA! A run -- not quite like the last, but a bull run. When, you ask? Not until September 2002 will we see the first sign of the next bull run. More on this later. In the meantime, a bear mentality is advised.
